i was talking to mr lim over msn
i guess he really knows me well...
the following is our conversation...
me: mr lim, i got into medicine~!! Thank You for writing that letter of recommendation for me!
mr lim: Woah -- that's super! so -- is your family happy with things -- ?
me: haha...yeah...they are...i was actually quite surprised...
mr lim: so how -- are you going to be perpetually stressed in Med School or not? Must relak a bit now that you're IN ...
me: *so u could actually see THAT?* haha..yeah...i know...haiz...have i always been very stressed? *i tink that was a stupid qn*
mr lim: yeah -- you usually were super stressed -- or at least it seemed that way to me ...
I think it came from being a perfectionist. But I'm sure you'll have to learn to adapt to Med School accordingly ...
me: haiz...u correctly guessed it...i am a perfectionist..haiz
mr lim:I didn't GUESS it -- I've been your teacher for a while ...
me: haha...i know...how did u know? i mean...how could u tell?
mr lim: please -- don't get me started -- anyway -- what have YOU been up to
me: *wah...as if i have been up to some mischief these days*
mr lim sounded like he was interrogating me for some reason...haha...
