met albert today
it was really nice just sitting at the class bench
taking in the sights and sounds
students rushing for recess
people mugging at the class benches
guys playing ball
those banners screaming for attention at the central plaza
people sleeping at the class benches
the band practising
students walking slowly to the tutorial classes
and i thought i saw myself in every one of those instances
rushing to the canteen for recess with lindz
mugging notes and finishing tutorials in the morning
playing monkey bar with lindz, oiying, albert and weiping
putting up the banner for the concert
sleeping at the class bench in the morning
listening to the band play the national anthem
walking with lindz to A203
i felt a tinge of sadness all over again
i realised i miss those days
so badly
i told albert dat i would not want to return to those jc days
mugging was scary enough
but now
i tink i would want to return to those days
if i were given a chance
even with all that mugging
i want to relive those moments
